Before you request
Most failed codes are solved by these checks. See the How it works page for detail.
Hybrid code
On the 68T series the app can issue another code once, free.
Serial number
Compare the digits against the navigation screen for misread characters.
SD card and battery
Check the map SD card is inserted and the 12V battery voltage is healthy.
How to request a refund
From the app
Recommended- Tap "Code not working?" on the unlock code screen
- Choose "Request a refund"
- Pick a reason on Apple's screen and submit
From Apple's website
- Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com with your Apple Account
- Choose "Request a refund" and pick a reason
- Select the ERC Calculator purchase and submit
Apple decides whether and when to refund. We cannot issue refunds directly, and your payment details never reach us.
We stay with it until it is resolved
